Incorrect Address

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, LERIA FINE JEWELRY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review the case and provide a resolution accordingly.
