RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

Customers are eligible to request a return or exchange within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. As such, we do not accept returns for items that have been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges in cases involving size adjustments or sizing issues. Requests for exchanges must be submitted within the 30-day return window and are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
